We are seeking suitable applications for a highly capable and values-driven individual to join our dynamic Consumer Experience and Clinical Excellence team at North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS).
This is for a Permanent Full Time appointment or Fixed Term Full Time appointment with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
What is our Coordinator Consumer Experience role?
This position contributes to the development, implementation and evaluation of a consistent consumer engagement framework across NMHS and its contracted services; coordinates the design, implementation and evaluation of consumer engagement activities and programs; provides leadership and coordination of patient experience, consumer feedback and complaints at NMHS and provides reports to the North Executive Team.
Consumer Experience and Clinical Excellence (CECE) provides direction and leadership at all North Metropolitan Health Service sites and services for the governance, co-ordination and evaluation of safety and quality initiatives.
