About The Role
As the P&C Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for HR support and play a vital role in the onboarding and ongoing engagement of staff within the organisation. You will oversee the administrative tasks involved in P&C and recruitment, and ensure all processes are being completed accurately and on time. This is a stand-alone role, as you will be the sole person within P&C, however you will sit in the wider support services function. This role is based 100% on site in their South Melbourne office.

Duties
As The P&C Coordinator, You Will
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for staff, both temporary and permanent.
- Be the first point of contact for HR, payroll, and employment queries.
- Maintain HR records, compliance checklists, and contracts.
- Ensure employment documentation aligns with legal and regulatory requirements (Right to Work, VEVO etc).
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, managing recruitment databases and coordinating candidate communication.
- Support internal communications, HR policy implementation, and engagement initiatives.
- Work with finance and payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of pay and entitlements.
- Assist with HR audits, reporting, and system updates.
Skills & Experience
To succeed within this role, you must have:
- Demonstrated experience working in HR, at least 2-3 years.
- Understanding of employment compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and discretion.
- Have full working rights in Australia.
