We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Replenishment Planner to join our Customer Collaboration & Planning Process team. As the Vendor Replenishment Planner – Coles, you will play a crucial role in managing the performance of Bulla's product supply to Coles.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement an effective replenishment plan that aligns with Coles’ expectations while optimizing Bulla's operational efficiency. This role involves proactive communication with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end supply process between Bulla and Coles across the entire distribution centre (DC) network.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Develop and execute replenishment plans by analysing stock requirements and adhering to commercial deadlines based on network capabilities.
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders around critical failures such as missed or incomplete deliveries and resolve exceptions to replenishment and deliver commercial plans.
  • Monitor inventory levels and demand requirements to identify exceptions in replenishment plans due to stock shortages or excess inventory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Coles and internal teams to ensure alignment on supply plans, demand forecasting, and promotional activities.
  • Provide daily and weekly reporting on out-of-stocks, missed deliveries, and order issues.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to manage demand, adjust replenishment system data, and communicate inventory projections.
  • Participate in key seasonal planning and continuous improvement activities.

You Will Have

  • 1-2 years of experience in planning roles in demand, supply, logistics or ISP/VRP, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • An understanding of Coles’ business processes and systems would be desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive performance improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong sense of ethics and personal integrity.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
  • Current driver’s license and roadworthy vehicle.
