Your role at St John of God Accord
We are seeking applications for a Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner - Clinical Lead to join our Allied Team at Greensborough VIC, on a permanent full-time basis.
You will be responsible for leading with passion and demonstrated expertise, a team of professionals in applying the principles of Positive Behaviour Support to eliminate the use of restrictive practices in disability service settings.
Using research and evidence based techniques as well as supported decision making and contemporary service delivery approaches to develop PBS plans that deliver desired outcomes, promote quality of life and skills development that opens up opportunities including community and social connections and a life free of restraints.
The Position
Successful applicants must be eligible or hold a valid NDIS Screening check, Victorian drivers licence and working with children check.

The Position
- Ensure PBS Plans reflective legislative requirements and practice standards
- Maintain a small clinical caseload to ensure your practice remains current and relevant
- Specialist skills in working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviour in disability settings
- Understand and ensure decision making is data driven and evidence based
- As a clinical lead provide mentorship, training and upskilling to the team and lead by example
- Demonstrate strong, current clinical knowledge and skills and applies this to supporting individuals and teams in a disability setting.
- Leads and develops highly performing teams.

We can offer you
- Salary: $114,180 to $128,250 plus 11.5% Superannuation
- Permanent full-time, working 38 hours per week
