The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a commercially savvy finance executive with a background in FMCG or manufacturing, strong systems integration experience, deep financial expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and experience working with enterprise-grade ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or equivalent platforms. While direct experience with D365 F&O is highly regarded, familiarity with any leading ERP system at an enterprise level will be considered. The CFO will play a critical role in leveraging technology to optimize financial processes, ensure data integrity, and support scalable growth.
Reporting to the Manager Director, the Chief Financial Officer will lead a dedicated team to achieve the strategic and operational priorities and business objectives across all our farms. This role will demonstrate their financial leadership, showing initiative, innovation, and commercial knowledge approach to the financial dealings of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance function, ensuring robust financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Drive system optimisation and integrations, particularly across Dynamics F&O and other business-critical platforms.
- Provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations to support growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support production, logistics, and sales teams with financial and operational data.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team.
- CPA/CA qualified with 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or agribusiness.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics F&O and multi-system integrations.
- Comfortable being hands-on with operational finance and system processes.
- Exceptional business acumen and a practical, commercial mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Griffith, NSW—remote candidates with exceptional credentials will be considered.
