Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join our team for a fixed-term contract until April 2026. The HR Coordinator role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, confidential, and effective HR support across the JB Hi-Fi Group.

• Prepare and issue employment related documentation.
• Provide administrative support across the store recruitment process.
• Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, communication distribution, and accurate data entry.
• Resolve general HR queries in a timely and accurate manner, escalating as appropriate.
• Support the completion of cyclical HR reporting and delivery of HR initiatives and programs.
• Assist in identifying and implementing opportunities to improve HR operations and processes.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the wider HR team as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years administration / HR / recruitment experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred, along with exposure to payroll and recruitment systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment with competing priorities.
