Role Purpose
The Member Research & Insight Analyst is responsible for assisting in delivering the Capricorn Voice of Community program. The role will work alongside business stakeholders to utilise existing platforms to conduct/collate research and manage various feedback programs to interpret and uncover actionable insights that improve the experience of our Members and Preferred Suppliers. A key focus for the role is to assist our stakeholders in implementing activities to meet the evolving and expanding needs of our community (Members, Customers & Preferred Suppliers).
This role will be 0.4 FTE and the successful candidate will have the flexibility to spread these hours across various days throughout the if required.

Role Purpose

Skills, Knowledge And Attributes
- Fundamental understanding of core quantitative/qualitative market research and social research principles and methodologies which you have gained either as part of your university degree or through previous experience.
- Understand surveying methodologies to gather community feedback.
- Experience in using visualisation to present data and insights.
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive issues in a professional manner while remaining impartial when reporting results.
- High attention to detail, methodical with excellent time management skills.
- Understanding or experience in using project management methodologies.
- Experience in process mapping and creating knowledge documents to assist external & internal stakeholders.
- Courage to step out behind the desk and understand who our stakeholders are and collaborate to know what they are focussing on.
- Curious to expand your skillset to understand various ways to investigate, influence and implement programmes.
- Experience in being part of a team and knowing how to personally contribute to a high performing team.
- Have a passion for understanding the whole picture of our community as well as having the dedication to do the groundwork first.
- Min. 2 years' Experience in a similar role
- Prior experience with Qualtrics survey platform preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or demonstrated success within similar role experience.
