Delaware North Australia is now hiring a Property & Maintenance Administration Assistant to join the team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. Reporting to the Property & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, ensuring the efficient operation of the site facilities teams.

What you will do?
- Provide reception services by assisting contractors, suppliers and internal employees
- Assist the management team with contract and work order correspondence and follow up on work performed
- Process all service and maintenance requests
- Responsible for contractor sign in and access control for external stakeholders
- Processing all accounts payable documents and records in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements
- General administration support for the department
- Demonstrated administrative experience within construction or building maintenance industries
- Exposure to basic finance administration tasks such as processing invoices
- Experience with BEIMS highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills with strong stakeholder management
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
