We are seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Service professionals to join our Workers Compensation team as a Case Manager, to support with a 6-month project where your skills and enthusiasm will truly shine! Your New Role Build strong, reliable relationships with customers and key stakeholders to keep the claims process moving. Responding to inquiries in a professional, timely, and accurate manner, all while adhering to privacy guidelines. Ensure adherence to timeframes and compliance with legislation and company policy. Apply sound decision-making principles and document them effectively. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes.
