We are looking for a talented Parts Supervisor to join our team in our Mildura branch.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring the timely quoting and dispatch of products, reporting and inventory control as well as direct involvement in customer service improvement and business development initiatives.
With your outstanding customer service skills, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Cummins engine users across the Riverina region

Shifts are 07:50 – 16:30 Mon-Fri & every second Saturday
Base hourly rate commensurate with experience.
Overtime penalties, with reasonable overtime as required.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the parts team and oversee warehouse operations at our Mildura branch
- Manage inventory levels and stock control
- Support customers by processing orders and advising on parts selection
- Maintain and manage pricing, service agreements, and customer escalations
- Provide monthly reports on inventory and customer activity
- Identify and drive improvements across the parts department
- Maximise efficiency and streamline operations
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred)
- Strong background in parts interpretation or parts sales (qualification is a bonus)
- A sales-focused mindset with strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A forklift license (or willingness to obtain one)
