As an Accountant in our Business Advisory division, you'll work closely with a diverse client base, providing tailored advice and practical solutions. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment where your professional growth is a priority, and your contributions are valued.



What you'll do:

• Prepare income tax returns and activity statements for individuals, companies, and trusts
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
• Assist with tax planning and apply tax compliance procedures
• Identify and raise accounting and taxation issues with senior team members
• Prepare clear, accurate and concise work papers to document your work
• Ensure compliance with lodgement deadlines and regulatory requirements

What you'll bring:

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar accounting or business advisory role
• Experience with Xero practice manager and use of Xero within an accounting firm
• A degree in Business or Commerce, majoring in Accounting (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
