We are going through an exciting period of growth and with that we have a great opportunity for a Senior Network Performance Analyst to join us!
This role will see you support the Asset Management Network performance stream. You will be responsible for the performance metrics, insights, reporting and improvement programs for the asset management and optimisation of transmission asset/network performance.
With a hybrid split (Office/WFH)), this role is based in Southbank, Melbourne and is part of our Network Performance, Asset Management team within our Transmission line of business.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Support the development and implementation of longer-term strategies to improve network performance and resilience (through asset management strategies) in alignment with corporate goals
- Support the definition and maintenance of key asset/network performance metrics for Transmission
- Provide support for the annual AER Regulatory Information Notice (RIN) process and AEMO information requests
- Provide Asset/Network level performance insights reporting
- Initiate performance improvement programs and business cases
- Support Network resilience programs and summer preparation actions plans
- Support work maintenance program optimisation, and maintenance indices to support efficient network performance outcomes
- Work to and within the ISO550001 asset management system
You don’t need to tick every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform decision making and optimise asset performance
- Proven ability to gather requirements, propose solutions, and communicate findings to stakeholders to enhance and optimise business operations
- Understanding of Asset Management leading practices and frameworks
- Strategic thinking with the ability to connect with organisational strategy and identify what is required at a tactical level to achieve it
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing strategic asset management plans, preferably in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of transmission system components, equipment and technologies advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in the use of Power BI
