The Role & Project

MACA are seeking a Drill Maintenance Supervisor to join the team in a permanent full-time role on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth to the Karlawinda Gold Project.

The Karlawinda Gold Project is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, 65km south-east of Newman.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

  • Experience leading a team in a mining production environment.
  • Extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair abilities.
  • Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
  • A current WA drivers’ licence and relevant high-risk tickets.
  • Attend and contribute to pre-shift, toolbox and safety meetings.
