The Opportunity:
As our Recruitment Advisor, you’ll be responsible for hiring the talent that supports our soft services and facilities teams — from cleaners and maintenance staff to supervisors and team leaders. Managing a high volume of roles, you'll ensure our teams are well-staffed and supported, while delivering a smooth and professional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery - Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for frontline soft services roles (cleaning, maintenance, etc.), including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Sourcing & Talent Pool Management - Using proactive sourcing methods and maintaining internal talent databases to support fast and consistent hiring across high-demand roles.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Candidate Experience - Building strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a professional, timely recruitment journey for all candidates.
- Recruitment Systems & Compliance Administration - Keeping data accurate and up to date across ATS and HR systems, ensuring compliance and supporting reporting needs.
- Time Management & Prioritisation - Effectively managing competing recruitment tasks across a large vacancy portfolio with precision and strong attention to detail.
- Experience: Previous experience in high-volume recruitment (internal or agency), ideally in the soft services or facilities sector.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Confident communicator with strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Organisation & Adaptability: Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, plan, and adapt quickly across multiple systems and competing priorities.
- Candidate Care & Ownership: Strong sense of accountability, with a focus on candidate care and process accuracy.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (preferred but not essential experience trumps paper).
