Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable people to join our team to work in various roles across the Darwin areas. We have multiple roles ranging from Process/Production work, General hands, Labourers, Yard hands.
Our roles available range to suit your needs from 38 hours per week Monday to Friday to on call shift work, on-going shift work. Our Host employers are some of the largest organisations across Australia and provide some excellent working conditions and potential long-term opportunities.

Some of the tasks involved in our jobs range from but are not limited to:
- Loading and unloading materials and operating machinery.
- Performing general maintenance of grounds, tools, equipment, and machines.
- Performing setup and clean up tasks at the job site.
- Help equipment operators, and other skilled labour when necessary.
- Following written or verbal instructions from supervisor and ensuring that tasks are completed within the correct time frame.
- Understanding and complying with safety procedures.
- Forklift operations (if licenced and experienced)
- Able to cope with the physical demands of the job
- Works well in a team environment
- Safety-conscious
- Own a reliable transportation
- Have Australian working rights Short term or Long term.
- Able to complete a Pre employment medical, Drug and alcohol screen and National Police check (if required)
- Forklift licence and experience or other suitable qualifications.
