We're looking for a technically adept and customers-focused person to join our team at ASI’s Mildura office. In this full-time, permanent role, you'll blend your technical expertise and IT sales experience to drive business growth by identifying, designing, and delivering tailored IT solutions to both new and existing clients.

As a key link between our customers and technical teams, you’ll take ownership of customer accounts, ensuring successful solution delivery while identifying opportunities for further value through upselling and strategic account development. You’ll play a critical role in building long-term relationships with stakeholders and aligning technical offerings with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, building and managing strong long-term relationships
  • Providing right-size IT solutions to customers
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Balancing quoting, proposals for customer requirements and sales coordination
  • Building and maintaining sales pipelines, balancing recurring revenue streams

A Bit About You

  • Proven experience in a Technical Account Executive or BDM roles, or similar client-facing positions in the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of the relevant market and the unique products and services that can be delivered
  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with high-level negotiations, creating quotes and designing customer specific solutions
  • Proven track record in converting sales leads and selling IT solutions – including VMWare, infrastructure, cloud, and MDM services
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Ability to engage in high-level technical conversations with both non-technical stakeholders and technical teams
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
