Senior Property Manager
Job Description Summary

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders. Manage client relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ensure properties are managed to the highest standards. Oversee estate and lease management, including lease abstracting, rent collections, and compliance with property management policies.
- Manage all aspects of lease agreements, critical dates, and tenant relations. Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee tenant communications.
- Develop and track property budgets, manage operating costs, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Approve payments and maintain effective financial controls.
- Collaborate with the State Director and Business Development teams to identify new business opportunities and drive cross-sell initiatives.
- Uphold Cushman & Wakefield’s culture, comply with health and safety regulations, and contribute to environmental policies.
- Accredited property manager with relevant state licensing.
- Degree in Property or related discipline desirable.
- Strong client-focus with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong financial acumen, risk management, and compliance knowledge.
- Effective planning, organization, and negotiation skills.
