Lake Imaging, founded in 2002, has become the largest radiology provider in central and western Victoria with more than 19 clinics providing a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to the St John of God private hospitals, community-based clinics and specialty centres in Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, and Warrnambool surf coast.

ABOUT THE ROLE: Lake Imaging has a new opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor, reporting to the Regional Manager - Geelong, to manage the day-to-day operational services within the site, including maintaining a high-quality, efficient imaging service for our patients and referrers; providing leadership and direction to staff under supervision; and managing rosters and leave for technical staff.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain a high-quality, efficient imaging service at SJOG Hospital Geelong
• Foster collaboration with Radiologists, Modality Supervisors, and staff
• Manage daily operational tasks related to imaging services
• Serve as a liaison between SJOG Hospital and Lake Imaging
• Assist management in the ongoing growth and development of the organization
• Jointly responsible for daily staffing rosters
