Paralegal

The Role

We are searching for either a dedicated career paralegal or passionate law student (with at least 1.5 years left on their degree and a dream of becoming a corporate lawyer).

This is a unique opportunity to dive into a high-performing in-house legal team, gain hands-on experience and fast-track your legal career. This exciting role is vital in supporting the Business’ continued growth and demands in legal work. As a valued member of the Legal Team, you will support internal stakeholders and gain insight into what it takes to be a trusted in-house advisor. Your duties as a paralegal will include:

• assisting with legal reporting, contract management, and regulatory compliance;
• conducting legal research and contributing to document drafting;
• helping build and streamline legal templates and systems;
• working with technology platforms, including Microsoft Office tools; and
• supporting ongoing projects, data analysis and legal innovation initiatives.

What Experience You’ll Bring

• A sound understanding of legal concepts and terminology;
• Confidence with technology, especially Microsoft Office (including Excel), and exposure to legal tech tools like Docusign;
• Previous experience in a legal support role, such as a paralegal or legal secretary;
• Sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills and a proactive mindset;
• A high level of professionalism, integrity and a desire to be part of a high-performing team; and
• A genuine commitment to your career development and contributing to the success of our Legal Team.

This role is available at either our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast locations providing flexibility to choose the office that suits you. Our Toowong office is close to the city with easy public transport and parking options.
