- Lead and maintain quality management systems related to primary care
- Monitor, interpret, and report on key health data to drive service improvements
- Manage and coordinate Red Lily’s outreach services and support multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement clinical systems that support chronic disease management and health screening
- Promote Aboriginal Health Practitioners as first-line care providers
- Drive accreditation activities and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Manage human and physical resources, budgets, and Medicare processes
- Support workforce development through orientation, mentoring, and professional development programs
About You
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA and relevant postgraduate qualification
- Extensive experience in Remote Area Nursing and multidisciplinary team management
- Strong understanding of Aboriginal health issues, cultural safety, and social determinants of health
- Expertise in interpreting health data and leading quality improvement activities
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and IT communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to remote communities by air and road
- Current Police Check and Ochre Card (or ability to obtain)
- Full Australian working rights
- Postgraduate qualifications in Public Health, Primary Health Care, or related fields
- Additional certifications in Child Health, Emergency, Midwifery, or Mental Health
- Business-related qualifications
- Knowledge of Northern Territory health legislation and policy framework
