We are now looking for a full time Digital Marketing Manager to join our HQ team located in Newstead, Brisbane.


ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Digital Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue through digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, a passion for storytelling, and a strong grasp of performance marketing within the fashion industry. This role will execute digital marketing strategies to increase acquisition, conversion and retention. This role works cross-functionally with brand, socials, e-commerce, and creative teams and will manage the outcomes of the digital marketing team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and seasonal calendars
  • Own the planning and rollout of digital campaigns across owned, paid, and earned channels
  • Drive integration between brand storytelling and performance marketing
  • Ensure digital campaigns align with broader brand direction, tone of voice, and creative vision
  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
  • Utilize SEO, CRM channels and other paid digital media to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage performance marketing across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), search (Google Ads), display, and affiliate channels
  • Optimize campaigns to drive traffic and conversion while maintaining brand integrity
  • Collaborate with media agencies or manage in-house execution where applicable
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee and manage email marketing strategy and execution in collaboration with CRM team, including newsletters, product drops, and retention flows
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging to maximize performance and repeat purchases.
  • Monitor KPIs across digital platforms and provide regular insights and actionable recommendations
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Shopify (or other e-comm CMS), and other tools



ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of digital marketing management experience, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy, digital campaign execution, and performance optimization
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo (or other ESP), Google Analytics, and Shopify
  • Strong understanding of SEO and analytics.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented with creative instincts and fashion sensibility
  • Experience managing budgets, external partners, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong experience in Meta, Tik Tok and other paid digital channels
  • Ability to lead the CRM channel strategies
