Administration Officer - Rehabilitation Unit

Your new Role:
You will provide an efficient booking and billing service for all patients and provide efficient utilisation of clinicians' schedules. Provide a high level of customer service, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
This position operates with a high degree of independence in performing the duties of the position while maintaining open channels of communication between all staff within the department.
About You:
- Exercise excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Utilise experience to handle a wide range of enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Use empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations
- Attend to and action enquiries for client appointments, cancellations and rebooking
- Build relationships, with strong influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
- Typing of minutes and patient reports as required
- Prioritise workloads during busy periods and adapt quickly to changing priorities
