Motor Performance Assessor

In this role, you’ll play an intergral role in the claims process by liasing with service providers to ensure delivery of quality repairs, processes and customer service.

By analysing vehicle performance data and collaborating with motor assessors and repairer networks, you’ll drive efficiency, reduce repair times, and deliver cost-effective, high-quality outcomes. The role

• Complete vehicle damage assessments
• Manage a group of network smash repairers
• Oversee the quality of the claims process
• Ensure compliance with legislation
• Detect and reduce fraud
• Achieve fast turnaround times and control costs

About you

• A motor trade qualification in Panel Beating and/or Spray Painting is essential
• Experience in a similar role will be a bonus
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Audanet experience (preference)
