Senior Financial Analyst- FP&A

We are looking for our next Financial Analyst to join our team and help our business achieve the best outcomes with our range of products & services. This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane office 4 days week and will be reporting to the Snr. Director of FP&A.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• You will develop and maintain robust financial models supporting annual planning & monthly forecasting to enable strategic/data driven decision-making by senior leaders.
• You will present & communicate your insights/findings and deliver actionable recommendations to business partners & leadership (including ELT) on opportunities for improvement.
• You will support various business units in the development of business cases for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
• You will conduct pricing assurance activities to ensure approved pricing programs comply.
• Assist the local Financial Australian controller with analysis as required by the business.
  
  
  

ABOUT YOU?

• You have experience in business case modelling, consolidations and multi-currency analysis
• You have worked in a similar FP&A role for at least 2 years, at some point in your finance journey
• You hold or are working towards a professional designation (CA, CPA, CFA)
• You have a sharp eye for detail and superior analytical/problem-solving skills coupled with strong time management to manage competing priorities
• You have a passion and curiosity for data and incorporating it into strategy and decision-making
• You are highly proficient using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI (or equivalent BI tools)
• You have exceptional EQ and can forge strong relationships regardless of role seniority
