Marketing Coordinator - Content Spotlight Retail Group
We are looking for a dynamic, creative & commercially focused Marketing Coordinator in the content team ready to assist with taking our digital content program to the next level.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager - Content, this entry-level role is responsible for supporting all administrative delivery of digital content outputs for the Spotlight brand. You will work with the in-house content team to help deliver high-quality, high-performing digital content including social videos and statics, blog articles, and native content.
Primary function:
- Day-to-day administration of Spotlight’s social media platforms, including execution and distribution of social media content.
- Manage reporting outputs to inform future content decisions.
- Assist with the creation of written and video content for social channels as required
- Assist with content shoots (being comfortable in front of the camera is a bonus).
Please note this role requires a Victorian Driver’s License.
Desired skills and experience:
- A minimum of 1-year hands-on Digital Content Marketing experience.
- Social media literacy, understanding of leveraging trends and an ability to bring fresh, bold ideas to the table.
- Strong writing, proof-reading and communication skills.
- Great organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently and to a deadline.
- Team orientated, with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic experience in editing content in Canva and Capcut is desirable.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is desirable.
- Experience with social scheduling platforms, and reporting tools like Sprout, Hootsuite and Iconosquare is desirable.
