Reporting to the Operations Support Admin Supervisor, The Administrator - Service Operations will play an integral part in supporting our Perth Branch across a wide range of administrative and customer facing tasks.
This is a 3-month contract position.
Roster: Mon – Fri 8.5 Hours (including paid meal breaks)
Location: Perth Precinct

What you’ll do:
- Handle reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls
- Perform general administrative tasks to support branch operations
- Manage merchandising and stock maintenance activities
- Ensure quality assurance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to WesTrac policies and procedures in all administrative activities
- Provide customer-facing support as needed
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or similar role
- SAP experience is considered highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
- Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in a diverse environment
