eDiscovery Executive/Senior Executive

We are looking for an experienced eDiscovery professional at the Executive or Senior Executive level to join our Digital Legal Delivery Team in either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth.


You will be responsible for managing the eDiscovery and client technology elements of various client matters. You will engage with instructing teams, including partners and associates, to ensure the best practice execution of eDiscovery aspects of matters.


You will play an important role in guiding and mentoring junior team members, such as Analysts, and your expertise will be a valuable resource in pitches and presentations to potential and existing clients.


This role ensures the provision of high-quality services and plays a key part in building the reputation of the eDiscovery function both internally and externally.


To be successful in this position you will have:

  • At least 2 years demonstratable experience in a similar role from a leading top tier, national or international private practice; or an in-house environment;
  • Proficiency in eDiscovery technical and/or project coordination skills.
  • Expertise in case management software such as Relativity, Nuix Discover, or similar.
  • Capable of articulating technical concepts effectively. Able to draft concise, accurate and credible notes/emails to explain the eDiscovery process.
  • A strong understanding of the legal framework of eDiscovery, existing protocols, practices and relevant legal standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Applications with advanced capabilities in running Access database queries and/or Excel functions for data manipulations.
