The purpose of this position is to support Supply Chain Operations Manager to ensure the new Regional Supply Chain organization is meeting the Supply Chain requirements of the Divisions & CC’s. Managing the Supply Chain Operations Center supported by Regional Supply Chain Operations Manager and team members. Responsible for staffing, following-up, report and improve Supply Chain performance related to the SCOC operational performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and development of the centralized SCOC structure for Australia.
- Manage the Supply Chain Operations Center (SCOC) with employees located in Australia.
- Support CC Australia by following logistics principles, policies and processes of the Supply Chain organization.
- Support Regional Supply Chain Operations Manager to ensure the new SCOC setup is meeting the Supply Chain requirements of the Divisions & CC Australia within the SCOC area
- Demonstrated by performance of the 4 Top KPIs
- Availability, Transportation cost, Obsolescence and Inventory COGS %
- Demonstrated by performance of the 4 Top KPIs
- Support Regional Transportation Manager to ensure daily import/export operations in the SCOC region is performed in compliance with applicable trade laws and regulations.
- Raise compliance risks and concerns to Regional Transportation Manager, enabling corrective measures to be implemented.
- Close collaboration together with regional peers’ functions to secure monitoring and improvement activities where needed.
- Establish communication forums to connect to CC stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly, concisely and expeditiously both internally and externally in order to keep your team well informed and up to date in all areas of concern.
- Be an active contributor in evaluating and executing the Supply Chain strategy.

- Order Fulfilment
- Inbound Replenishment
- Process Specialist
- Transport
- Warehouse Management

Education & Experience:
Knowledge:- Minimum 5 Years of Supply Chain Experience
- Special Knowledge, Certification or Licenses in Supply Chain and/or Logistics an asset
- Good understanding of the ERP system landscape
- Skillful MS Office user (mainly Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
- Ability to give feedback and counsel employees as needed
- Thorough understanding of supply chain processes
- Thorough understanding of domestic and international sales order throughput processes
- Thorough understanding in logistic and distribution processes and compliance
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- Additional Languages are preferred
- Academic degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
