The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our People & Culture team as the State Learning & Development Facilitator for Queensland. In this role, you will partner with a range of business units to deliver impactful training programs across key areas, including inductions, leadership development, sales, customer service, and personal training. Additionally, the L&D Facilitator will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and development of engaging learning content, supported and guided by the Learning & Development Lead.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional facilitation of FLG's bespoke range of training programs, including Bronze Foundations, Gold Certification, Emerging Leaders, Ignite and Personal Training inductions.
  • Delivery of learning content, primarily via face-to-face workshops, ensuring participant competency meets learning objectives.
  • Provide feedback to relevant leadership and training teams regarding participant competency and performance.
  • Develop and maintain key performance metric benchmarks, adjusting as data is collected.
  • Establish long-term, collaborative partnerships with the broader P&C team, and with stakeholders and subject matter experts across our Operations & Fitness divisions.
  • Track and maintain the status and completion records for all relevant training programs.

Essential

  • 3+ years' experience within a customer facing sales and/or customer service role.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in managing/leading projects.
  • Understanding of Learning Management Systems.
  • A natural and motivational communicator.
  • Flexibility to travel across different sites within capital city to run face-to-face workshops.
  • High-level organisational skills.
  • Kirkpatrick Four-Level Training Evaluation Model.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise duties to meet deadlines.
  • Able to prioritise workload, strong time management and ability to meet deadlines - this is a fast-paced role with many moving parts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Desirable

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Experience facilitating face-to-face workshops in a medium-to-large national organisation.
  • Experience with the use of a Learning Management System.
