About The Opportunity

Qscan prioritises best-in-class care through efficient and quality imaging services. Due to growth, we are recruiting for a newly created leadership position: Group Modality Lead (CT/XR). This essential role supports CT/XR services across Qscan Group, ensuring Regional Modality Leads execute operational and clinical excellence strategies effectively.

As an influential leader, you will drive sustainable workforce growth, oversee strategic equipment investment, support change management and leadership development, and deliver referrer and patient engagement strategies that enhance business outcomes. While this is primarily a leadership administration position, you will be hands on in clinical practice one day per week.

This is a Permanent, Full-Time Position based in our Brisbane region. Travel across the Group will be required.

Growth

Your Responsibilities:

• Optimise room and service utilisation.
• Lead workforce planning strategies.
• Maximise referrer engagement and service expansion opportunities.
• Ensure service needs, technology growth, and financial feasibility are considered.
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Uphold clinical governance standards.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Oversee evidence-based protocol development and regional suitability.
• Develop strategies to enhance patient journey and referrer satisfaction.
  
  

Leadership

• Support Regional Modality Leads with training, tools, and mentorship.
• Implement structured student and professional development programs.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture and engaged leadership team.
  
  

About You

You Bring Solid CT/X-ray Experience, a Focus On Patient Care And Outcomes, a Passion For Creating Positive Change, And a Commitment To Continual Improvement And Lifelong Learning. You Will Also Have

• Strong leadership experience with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders.
• Clinical experience in CT/XR related to best practices, standardisation, and process efficiency.
• A willingness to learn new modality techniques and stay current with trends.
• Ability to make high-level, data-driven decisions aligned with corporate objectives.
• Capability in performance metrics and business acumen, including workforce sustainability.
• Current APHRA Registration as a Radiographer & relevant radiation license
