About The Role
Our Digital & Technology Advisory team help businesses align their Digital and Technology initiatives to delivery their objectives and plans. We work closely with clients to establish and implement appropriate Digital and Technology strategies to support strategic competitive advantage and business objectives, as well as AI strategies and information security.
We are a team of dynamic and engaging digital enthusiasts, who come from management and Tech Advisory with a drive and ambition to achieve the best results for our clients. Current opportunity
Dayforce is a cloud HCM platform that provides human resources, payroll, benefits, workforce management, and talent management functionality. The Dayforce platform is used to optimise management of the entire employee lifecycle, including attracting, engaging, paying, deploying, and developing people.
We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced Dayforce Implementation individuals at all levels to join our team based in Sydney. You will work with the team to advise and guide clients on their Dayforce implementation journey.
Your responsibilities will be tailored to your grade, but could include:
The successful applicant will provide implement and support in Dayforce HCM implementations. They are self-motivated, enthusiastic, articulate with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced Dayforce Implementation individuals at all levels to join our team based in Sydney. You will work with the team to advise and guide clients on their Dayforce implementation journey.
Your responsibilities will be tailored to your grade, but could include:
- Act as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing Dayforce.
- Lead all phases of the Dayforce implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live and Post Go-Live.
- Collect, document & validate client functional requirements, mapping to Dayforce functionality.
- Configure Dayforce to meet client functional requirements.
- Provide internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolutions.
- Implement Organisational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout.
- Train client staff for them to capably perform day-to-day activities.
- Manage multiple client/project engagements simultaneously.
- Identify best practices/lessons learned & document/share internally & with Dayforce.
- Complete new release training as needed & be our expert on Dayforce.
- Travel to client site (as required)
The successful applicant will provide implement and support in Dayforce HCM implementations. They are self-motivated, enthusiastic, articulate with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Your Experience
- Solid background in Dayforce HCM implementation. Combined with experience in Payroll or Workforce Management (WFM) implementation
- Strong understanding of Payroll and HCM best practices
- Experience in business process mapping & modelling
- Demonstrable experience in organisation and collaboration skills
- Experience in leading and facilitating client workshops and sessions – asking the right questions to design the right solutions
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication and documentation skills
- Experience in HCM and/or Payroll implementations for other enterprise solutions and willing to broaden their skills by completing Dayforce training & certifications
- Change management experience
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions
