Key Duties
- Drive new business development across targeted markets
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, installers, and end-users
- Identify trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities through research and analysis
- Provide tailored, solution-based selling of electronic security products (e.g., CCTV, access control, intrusion detection)
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Manage tenders, quotes, and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales reports
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand visibility
- A proven track record in business development or technical sales, ideally in the electronic security space
- Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of electronic security systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Relationship builder with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office tools
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
- Experience in installation or support of electronic security systems will be highly regarded
- Eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with evolving technologies
