About The Role

We’re all about putting the human in health insurance, and our content needs to show that! You’ll join an engaged team who love pushing ideas and we want someone to jump in and match that energy. Reporting to the Content Manager, you’ll support the production and distribution of all owned content and direct marketing communications, as well as supporting our content through organic social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling content that brings our brand to life across all owned channels including engaging and impactful eDMs, social media, promotional communications, newsletters, magazines, and website content.
  • Support the growth of our brand presence across organic social media accounts and review platforms, keeping our tone of voice consistent, our community engaged, and our reputation glowing.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders such as external content creators and partners to make sure our dynamic content aligns with brand guidelines and strategies.
  • Build on the customer journey experience and communication touch points across a range of different channels.
  • Drive SEO strategies in content production while turning real-time social media and direct communication metrics into powerful insights that inform our strategy and kick performance into high gear.

About You

You’re someone who loves bringing ideas to life through content that connects with and captivates audiences. You also have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a social media management or content creation role.
  • The skills and experience to navigate social media platforms, content management systems, email distribution tools and social media management software to keep our content strategies smooth and engaging.
  • Hands on experience with CMS and knowledge and understanding of how to use SEO principles and best practices technical knowledge across digital content and social media channels.
  • A keen eye for detail and copywriting skills that turns ideas into impactful messages.
  • The ability to build strong connections and stakeholder management skills that create long lasting relationships that drive collaboration and success.

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application and hold a current satisfactory National Police Clearance (within 12 months) or be willing to obtain prior to commencement.
