About the Opportunity
We are looking for motivated and passionate Line Chefs to join the team at our remote village in South Australia. We’ll need you to assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking for the various meals and functions that happen at the village during your swing. This is a FIFO position departing from Adelaide or Port Augusta working a 2:1 roster.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for motivated and passionate Line Chefs to join the team at our remote village in South Australia. We’ll need you to assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking for the various meals and functions that happen at the village during your swing. This is a FIFO position departing from Adelaide or Port Augusta working a 2:1 roster.

- $105k per annum + Super paid on all rostered hours (11 per shift)
- PLUS nightshift allowances and 5 weeks annual leave

- Certificate III or 4 in Commercial Cookery or trade certificate
- 2+ years post trade commercial cooking experience
- Experience cooking in batch/bulk for large groups
- Experience working a large and diverse team of chefs and kitchenhands;
- Knowledge of HACCP principles;
- Focus on quality, attention to detail and presentation;
- Experience working under pressure;
- Valid WA manual driver’s license.
