Overview

The Customer Engagement Specialist will be key to Dabble’s growth, executing engagement strategies that drive retention and excitement for our app, experiences, and promotions. This role focuses on data-driven CRM initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints. This is a great role for you if you're a natural problem solver and have a mix of creative ideas and data driven insights. You'll have the ability to execute campaigns end to end, seeing the impact you have on how we connect with the Dabble community. 


Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • End to end campaign execution, including implementing customer journeys, coordination of assets, A/B testing and reporting on campaign performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, aligning CRM activities with business priorities and broader marketing campaigns, sharing insights and learnings 
  • Identifying and resolving any campaign setup issues and inefficiencies or errors in campaign processes, helping to improve and ensure efficiency in execution
  • Utilising tools such as Quicksight, Amplitude, and Braze to analyse data and identify trends, enhance future campaign planning and define segmentation and targeting


Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Considerable CRM experience, with hands-on expertise with CRM platforms and tools (preferably in Braze), across multiple channels 
  • Proven track record of executing Customer Engagement projects across email, in-app and push channels in a fast-paced environment 
  • A data driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics tools to derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing techniques
  • Experience in a fast paced, direct to consumer environment

Remuneration

The advertised salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 + Super + Benefits with room to be flexible.
