What We’re Looking For
- Proven Leadership: You’ve led and developed teams in retail environments.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Focus on providing outstanding service to every customer.
- Retail Expertise: 4+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Sales-Driven: Consistently increased sales and profit.
- Strategic Thinker: Identify opportunities and tackle challenges creatively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computer systems and store tools.
- Flexible Availability: Ready to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
