How you will make contributions that matter:
Join us in this unique role to support the Sales Coordinators and Sales Managers in the commercial process from order confirmation through delivery to the customer. You will be the point of interface between the customer service team and sales, leading the coordination of customer engagement activities, including visits to Saputo manufacturing sites and trade shows. This role requires domestic and international travel.

Join us in this unique role to support the Sales Coordinators and Sales Managers in the commercial process from order confirmation through delivery to the customer. You will be the point of interface between the customer service team and sales, leading the coordination of customer engagement activities, including visits to Saputo manufacturing sites and trade shows. This role requires domestic and international travel.
Key Accountabilities
Customer Engagement
- Plan, organise, and execute customer engagement activities such as site visits and audits.
- Coordinate logistics for site visits, including booking venues, arranging transportation, and managing schedules.
- Participate in trade shows and work closely with event management agencies for booth design and logistics.
- Assist in managing budgets for customer engagement activities.
- Support Sales Coordinators with order management queries, receive and confirm contracts.
- Assist coordinators in entering contracts into SAP, ensuring accuracy.
- Sort general enquiries received through the website and forward them to the relevant market manager.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with contracts.
- Manage the flow of customer acceptance reports through to allocation and shipment.
- Follow up weekly on debtors list, communicate with customers, and follow up on accounts payable.
- Provide customers with summaries of payments.
Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Business or related field (desirable).
Experience:
- Dairy industry knowledge preferred but not essential. Quality or technical background is preferred.
- Strong commercial or customer service experience is essential.
- Experience in organising customer events, site visits, and trade shows.
- Must be driven, use initiative, and manage own workload to meet division KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working across a wide demographic with different cultures.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
