The Position/Duties

  • Client Communication and Support (including answer phones and greeting clients)
  • Liaising with External bodies such as ATO / ASIC / Financial Institutions
  • Admin Duties - Being the bridge that connects key stakeholders to the teams to stay on track ie: Team coordination and Management
  • Internal Accounts Support
  • Handling ATO and ASIC correspondence
  • Management of client files and records
  • Processing of tax returns

Successful Applicant

  • Experience with MYOB AE, MYOB AO, XERO XPM or Handisoft an advantage
  • Show strong communication skills - written and verbal with a client-focused mindset
  • Naturally have excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience dealing with ATO and ASIC portals and correspondence
