ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join our group as an IT Specialist - End User Devices. You will be responsible for second-level support of the devices our support DC and store teams use to deliver for our customers in line with our global standards and processes. Utilising your knowledge, you will provide quick resolutions to incidents while being tenacious in identifying recurring issues, root causes, and solving problems for good. You will use your people-first mindset to ensure our customers experience seamless and personalised IT service. You will also assist in ensuring our fleet of devices is stable, standard, secure, and updated as required. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant degree/qualification in Information Technology
- Experience supporting a wide range of technologies, including PC’s, Mac’s, iPhones, Android, and POS
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills are essential
- Understanding of ITIL, incident, problem, and asset management.
- Passion for understanding the root cause of issues and delivering with a fix-for-good mindset
