About The Opportunity

Are you passionate about empowering parents to achieve their educational and career goals?

Join our Parent Pathways team where you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of our program. You'll be integral in managing various administrative functions, coordinating with team members and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. Your strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will help drive the success of our program, while your excellent communication and problem-solving abilities will support our team and enhance our service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Support the administration of the Parent Pathways program by managing various administrative tasks such as purchase orders, transfer requests and project delivery
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support for grants and tender processes
  • Assist team members with various tasks and responsibilities
  • Facilitate team coordination and collaboration

About You 

  • Demonstrated strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Employment Services experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering quality support
  • Strong computer literacy skills including proficiency using MS Suite of programs 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to multitask and address complex problems
  • Capable of working independently while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Demonstrated success in a high-performing workplace with a strong commitment to high quality values based human services
