Position Title: Lead Implementation Consultant
Reporting Line : Implementation Manager
Position Purpose
Assist Implementation Leadership to fulfill metrics and targets through provision of
Consulting and Implementation services to ADP clients, utilizing specialized product
knowledge to coach and assist team members to deliver a quality implementation service.

Reporting Line : Implementation Manager
Position Purpose
Assist Implementation Leadership to fulfill metrics and targets through provision of
Consulting and Implementation services to ADP clients, utilizing specialized product
knowledge to coach and assist team members to deliver a quality implementation service.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully implement products and associated services as allocated, within
- Assist in leading and motivating team members in the provision of client
- Support the Implementation team in training, coaching and mentoring of new and
- Create, deliver and maintain procedures related to Implementation skills and
- Apply project methodology – planning, follow up, reporting and quality assurance.
- Review and measure progress against specified criteria and deliverables, developing
- Define client requirements, provide gap analysis, document, build and configure the
- Partner with internal and external client stakeholders to develop an executable plan
- Act as a subject matter expert within implementation team for projects and
- Assist Implementation Leadership in the development of implementation strategy,
- Act as an escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders and resolve complex
- Act as subject matter expert by keeping up to date with technology and legislative
- Assist in the collation of data for implementation reports and the recording and
- Participate and contribute to BPI initiatives and activities as required
- Work with Sales and Service Delivery teams to ensure smooth transition to ‘go-live’
- Conduct post Implementation reviews and share learnings as part of continuous
Experience
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service / client facing consulting
- Demonstrated experience (min 5 years) within an Implementation environment,
Attendance and processing
- Well-developed facilitation/coaching skills
- Proven ability and experience advising and influencing internal stakeholders and
- Experience applying project management methodology, with demonstrated success
- Strong ability to identify client risks and provide options for resolution
- Proven experience in data mapping, data conversion and data integrity
- Advance understanding of interface technologies and data exchange between
- Experience in Microsoft applications such as MS Project, Word and Excel
- Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work, in accordance to tight deadlines and pressure
- Tertiary qualification with a business related field, or Information Technology.
- Proven experience in a similar role may be taken in lieu of formal qualification.
- Project Management certification ideal.
