What's the role?
You'll be the heartbeat of our risk management team, ensuring we stay ahead of the game. This role is all about supporting and embedding a strong risk culture, balancing commercial and customer needs. You'll be responsible for driving risk awareness, managing risk reporting, and ensuring our operations align with our risk strategy and regulatory obligations. You'll work full-time in our dynamic Sydney office, with flexible working to keep your work-life balance in check. If you're passionate about risk management and want to make a real impact, this is the role for you!
This is a 12-month max term role with the potential for extension.
What do I need?
- Risk Savvy: You know your way around risk management frameworks, policies, and controls, and can ensure they are effectively implemented.
- Analytical Mind: You're great at translating complex risk data into actionable insights and can develop comprehensive risk dashboards and visual reports.
- Tech Pro: Proficient with data visualization tools like Power BI, and experienced in data modelling and predictive analytics to identify emerging risk trends.
- Team Player: Excellent at building relationships, working across teams, and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Communicator: Strong skills in presenting complex risk data to various stakeholders, including senior leadership, and tailoring reporting outputs to meet different audience needs.
