About The Role
As the Senior Team Administrator, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office through effective coordination, administration, and management tasks. You will also play a key role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the office functions efficiently. This is a full-time, permanent role with the flexibility to work one day from home per week.

As the Senior Team Administrator, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office through effective coordination, administration, and management tasks. You will also play a key role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the office functions efficiently. This is a full-time, permanent role with the flexibility to work one day from home per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other offices and key stakeholders to plan and organise company events.
- Attend National Administration Meetings and OHS meetings on behalf of the office.
- Manage office services, including correspondence control, filing systems, and supply requisitions.
- Establish and maintain office systems and record-keeping procedures.
- Manage contracts and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
- Handle invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records as required.
- Send out meeting calendar invites and coordinate schedules.
- Take minutes for monthly executive meetings.
- Support junior property and title searches as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of public-facing documents ensuring high accuracy and professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Word and Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (preferred, but training provided).
- Strong attention to detail – accuracy in formatting, grammar, and punctuation is essential.
- Ability to identify and correct errors in documentation.
- Experience or understanding of property searches and zoning regulations is a plus.
- A professionally mature individual who is switched on and proactive.
- Strong problem-solving skills – someone who will figure things out independently.
- Autonomous, yet collaborative, happy to assist across teams when needed.
- Bubbly and approachable personality with the ability to read the room.
- Able to handle pressure and a fast-paced environment without requiring constant guidance.
- Industry experience in property, legal, or high-volume administrative roles is preferred.
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
