Salesforce Solution Architect with Australian Citizen

The Salesforce Solution Architect requires expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations with external systems, and ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions.

• Lead the design of the Salesforce solution to manage customer and loan data effectively, ensuring a single view of the customer.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce capabilities.
• Design and oversee the implementation of workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting within Salesforce.
• Provide guidance on platform governance, best practices, and integration with external systems.
• Collaborate with the development team and business analysts to ensure that the technical solution aligns with business needs.
• Ensure that the Salesforce solution complies with security, data governance, and compliance standards.

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Lightning, Flow, and APIs.
• Strong experience in integration with external systems (e.g., third-party systems like loan management tools).
• Proven track record of leading the design of complex Salesforce solutions in financial services or enterprise environments.
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into a technical solution.
• Australian Citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance preferred.
• Sydney preferred work location, remote options available
