We are recruiting a Front of House Coordinator for a Financial Services Company based in Sydney CBD. This role is perfect for a polished and professional individual who will be the face of the office, ensuring a seamless client experience while supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, managing front-of-house operations
  • Oversee meeting room bookings and office presentation
  • Coordinate office supplies, catering, and general facilities management
  • Provide light administrative and marketing support
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

About You:
