Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant - Australian Citizen - Sydney/anywhere in Australia

The Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant will be responsible for building and implementing custom functionality, workflows, reports, dashboards, and ensuring that the solution adheres to best practices. They will also be responsible for code clean-up, removing redundant configurations, and ensuring smooth integration with external systems.

• Develop custom Salesforce functionality to manage loan data and automate workflows.
• Implement redesign and automation for loan management processes.
• Create and configure dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into loan data and portfolio performance.
• Work with the Solution Architect to ensure that the implementation aligns with the overall technical design.
• Support integration work with external systems.
• Assist in the clean-up of redundant configurations, data remediation, and ensuring business continuity during system changes.

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Flows).
• Strong experience in implementing Salesforce workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with data integration and working with external systems.
• Experience in data clean-up, remediation, and code refactoring.
• Australian Citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance preferred.
