We are seeking a passionate Digital Product Designer to join our lean and agile Digital team. You will focus on creating customer centric, user-friendly interfaces for the Fantastic website. As part of your role, you will conduct user research, map out customer journeys, and iterate on designs based on feedback to continuously improve our ecommerce experiences.
About Your New Role
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and third-party agencies, you will leverage data-driven insights to inform design decisions and contribute to the evolution of our design system. You will actively participate in the scrum team, including daily stand-ups and design showcases, to ensure seamless integration of design and development efforts.
Your work will focus on the success of the Digital product roadmap, aligning with business objectives under the guidance of the eCommerce Manager. Ensuring that our design solutions meet both user needs and technical constraints, writing clear business requirements to guide the development team.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Create meaningful customer experiences Design intuitive and visually appealing web interfaces that reflect our brand and delight users Conduct UX research, map customer journeys, validate designs with testing, to uncover insights and user needs
- Use data to drive design Leverage tools like Google Analytics to inform decisions and guide prioritisation Stay ahead of design trends and emerging tools to keep us at the cutting edge Partner with CRO agencies and third parties to leverage functionality and design, to develop and refine onsite experiences Translate business goals into clear design requirements and traceable outcomes
- Collaborate to deliver Work cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and marketers to bring designs to life Contribute actively to the Scrum team—join stand-ups, lead design showcases, and knowledge-share Ensure that the product roadmap is delivered smoothly and effectively
- Maintain high design standards Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation Write clear and actionable requirements for developers Support QA processes and participate in design reviews Help maintain and evolve our scalable design system
Essential
- 2+ years' experience in a similar digital or ecommerce design role
- Strong Figma skills and experience creating wireframes/prototypes
- Experience writing clear business and design requirements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Agile/Scrum environment experience
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for smoother dev handovers
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO tools, and behavioural analytics
- A knack for conducting user research and usability testing
- Familiarity with accessibility standards
- Experience collaborating with third-party agencies
- Knowledge of conversion optimisation strategies
