About The Role

We are looking for a data-driven, business-savvy Data Analyst who thrives on translating complex data into actionable insights and is comfortable collaborating directly with business stakeholders. This hybrid role combines strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of business operations and strategic thinking. This is perfect for someone who enjoys working across teams and turning data into decisions.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis including deep proficiency in SQL, ETL pipeline development, and end-to-end data lifecycle management
• Demonstrated ability to interact with business stakeholders and translate needs into actionable data solutions
• Solid understanding of business processes and ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
• Extensive knowledge and applied expertise across data analytics, business analysis frameworks, and project delivery methodologies
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, manipulate, merge, and transform data across multiple systems, ensuring accurate end-to-end data flow from source to destination
• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to assess and align with the current and target state of data architecture and technology ecosystems
• Act as the main analytical partner to business units, translating business challenges into data-driven insights
• Present insights in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Interpret and analyze complex data patterns from diverse technological platforms to inform strategic decision-making
