We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Advisor to join our team and ensure our compliance with various accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
About The Opportunity
Qscan Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Advisor to join our Safety and Quality Team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate accreditation processes, manage quality audits, oversee our incident management system, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement across all our diagnostic imaging services. Our Safety & Quality team is supportive and collaborative, we help each other out and take pride in the support we provide to our teams at Qscan Group.
This position is offered on a Permanent, Full-Time basis in our Clayfield Support Office. We offer hybrid working arrangements and there is street parking available, with the train station a short walk away.
As part of conducting the audit process, travel arranged by Qscan will be required to locations across the Qscan Group network.
Key Responsibilities
- Accreditation: Lead and coordinate the process for Qscan Group, manage relevant documentation for accreditation, submit relevant materials to the assessor and support with the implementation of new standards across the Group
- Quality & Audits: Monitor and audit safety & quality standards, support continuous improvement, develop and maintain the quality audit schedule, conduct site visits *including travel interstate
- Systems Administration: Manage the Qscan Group incident management system, train staff on incident reporting, handle user accounts and troubleshooting, create and manage reporting forms/templates
- Document Management: Manage and control documentation across the Group, maintain the document control register and ensure documentation is properly endorsed, approved and published.
- Board Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on quality, safety and clinical governance, ensure confidentiality and adherence to presentation standards
Ideally You Have Experience In Diagnostic Imaging Or a Similar Health Related Field, With Confidence In Leading Accreditation Processes. In Addition, We Are Looking For
- Experience with accreditation in health or diagnostic imaging, preferably DIAS, ILO, Mammo, NSQHS, or ISO.
- Tertiary education in quality, systems, auditing, project management, or relevant fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow business processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software (e.g., SharePoint).
- Lead auditor qualification and DIAS accreditation experience highly regarded.
- Experience with QMS software, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and document management.
