Our opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Brisbane team. You will look after all elements of sales operations including, data analysis, reporting, project assessment and strategic objective tracking.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist Sales Managers, sales consultants, sales associates and sales assistants to coordinate and process Mirvac requirements.
Implement sales strategies, project launches and programs as directed.
Ensure pricelists are accurate and issued to the sales team as required
Plan and manage sales rosters
Process sales advices and contracts for sale including the management of variations and options
Ensure Sales Force is kept accurate and up to date.
Participate in all sales meetings and prepare sales status updates, customer updates and sales consultant updates.
Seek opportunities to learn, keep ahead of market results and trends and remain up to date on product knowledge.
Responsible for monitoring key dates and ensuring satisfaction of clauses to Exchange.
Prepare reports of sales activity, PCG, weekly updates, enquiries, commissions, house types, cancellations, divisional forum reports and others.
Prepare, manage, and update project database and floorplans.
Liaise with sales team and Marketing team regarding sales office and displays maintenance and cleaning.
Maintain high level of presentation and adequate stocks for display suites and sales offices.
Your point of difference
You will have work experience gained in an operations or administration role, preferably in a sales environment. Experience managing information in database is desirable. Knowledge or experience in property or real estate would be an advantage.
This is a customer facing role, you must have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, coupled with discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality.
You will be motivated and thrive working in a fast paced team environment.
